Doubs. Climate and Resilience Law: Mayors request flexibility "to adapt to different municipal structures"

As multi-family housing projects are emerging across the Haut-Doubs region, the zero net land take initiative aims to curb their development so as to avoid further encroachment on natural spaces. Mayors are calling for a balance to be found between this objective, which they generally support, and the ability to house new residents.
